At first, there was her blog, she then conducted workshops all over France and opened her first online store which was a real success. Then, Ulrich, our quality expert, joined the adventure in 2009. Today, the team has grown and all together, we work to offer you qualitative, creative, colorful and original products.

HOW TO FOLLOW MY ORDER IN PROGRESS?
The delivery in mainland France is ensured thanks to the services Mondial Relay, GLS and Chronopost Chrono 13, Colissimo for Europe and DHL for international deliveries.
The tracking number of your package is sent by email as soon as your order is delivered to the carrier. By clicking on the tracking number transmitted to you, you will access an interface allowing you to track the delivery of your package. This tracking is also available in your "My Account" section under "My Orders".
HOW DO I PRINT MY INVOICE?
Nothing's easier ! Once your order has been placed and processed by our logistics department, you will be notified by email of the availability of your invoice, which will be available for download in PDF format in your "My Account" section under "My orders".
HOW TO GET BENEFITS THROUGH MY LOYALTY CARD?
As soon as your account is created on kesi-art.com, you benefit from an e-loyalty card. It is completely free and has an unlimited life.
For every purchase, 5% is credited on your loyaulty card on your customer account. You can use this kitty at any time by choosing the payment method "Kitty" in your basket.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?
No minimum order from us but if you want to benefit from the free delivery, the minimum amount is then € 59.90.
HOW TO ORDER?
The ordering process is simple:
1- Add some nice items to your basket
Each item we offer is presented in a product sheet that details its characteristics (photos, description, details, maintenance, etc.). This sheet can be accessed by browsing the different sections of the online catalog. To add an item to your cart, select the desired size and / or color then click on "add to cart". The basket located at the top right of your screen informs you that it has taken into account your addition by indicating the number of items it contains. You can then decide to finalize your order or continue shopping online.
2- Validate your basket
To finalize your order, you must validate your basket. To do this, click on it and view the summary of selected articles. Check the colors, dimensions, quantities of your articles. Delivery charges are also indicated. The delivery is offered as soon as the amount of your purchases exceeds 59.90 euros. If this is not the case, the amount is set by default for home delivery in France. You have the option to change the delivery country or shipping method you want to simulate the amount of fees you will be charged. A blank space to for an advantage code is also reserved for you. If you have received one of our advantage codes, do not hesitate to enter it in the space provided for this purpose to benefit from your discount or your gift. The total amount of VAT on the products is also specified. Click on the "Order" button to register your basket and continue your order.
3- Check your delivery and billing information
If you have already placed an order on kesi-art.com, you have a space "My account". Identify yourself with your email address and password. In this way, your delivery and billing details are pre-filled. Nevertheless, you have the possibility to indicate new coordinates if you wish. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required fields. Fill in the fields of your delivery details with the greatest precision as they will be used to ship your order. If you wish to be delivered in a company, do not forget to fill in the company name in the field "Company". WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING TIMES?
The shipment is made between 24H and 48H worked in France for orders made before 13H00 Monday to Friday and shipped by parcel (2 to 3 days for delivery Colissimo). AND IF I AM ABSENT ON DELIVERY? WHERE TO RECOVER MY ORDER?
In case of absence of the recipient of the order (delivery address), your package will be delivered to the postal contact point indicated on the notice deposited in your mailbox. Your package will be kept in the point of contact postal for a period of 15 calendar days from the day after the day of filing of the notice of passage. WHAT TO DO IF MY PACKAGE COMES DAMAGED?
